We met Felice at a house showing and she walked us through the whole process masterfully. We were first-time home buyers and she patiently answered all of our questions. She was available by email, text, and phone whenever we needed. She used online docusign so when it wasn't convenient to meet we could still move forward on homes. Very pleased with Felice! We were moving from out of state and she handled all negotiations superbly. So much so, that we bought the house sight unseen!!
